All mattresses need to be looked over to ensure there is no damage to the mattress before accepting it. The boxes get roughed up sometimes but the mattress is almost always in perfect condition. However, if you see damage to the box, look inside and make sure the mattress didn't get damaged through the corrugated box we ship with. IF you accept any item from us that has extensive damage, you must REFUSE and we will ship you a replacement immediately or give a full refund. OR if there is just a minor blemish, please call us immediately and we will credit you to your required needs or you can refuse but please call us before you refuse if it is minor.
